About Andhra Pradesh Universities
Andhra Pradesh having the second largest coastline in India is a state located on the southern eastern coast of the country. Andhra Pradesh was ranked second in the nominal GDP among all the 28 sates of India in the financial year 2011-12 by the Planning Commission of India. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has also established the first University of Health Sciences, fulfilling the recommendations of several committees in Andhra Pradesh.
