- For Assistant Executive Engineer: 40 years.
- Executive Engineer/ Manager: 45 years.

Pay Scale:
- For Section Engineer: Rs. 9300/- – 34800/- + GP Rs.4200/-.
- For Assistant Engineer: Rs. 9300 – 34800/- + GP Rs. 4800/-.
- Asst. Executive Engineer: Rs. 15600 – 39100/- + GP Rs. 5400/-.
