Eligibility Criteria for NIRD Vacancy 2017:

Educational Qualification:

A Degree in arts preferably in English and Master’s Degree in Journalism from any of the recognized Universities

OR

Master’s Degree in arts with minimum five years experience in responsible capacity in editing books and periodicals

Preference will be given to the candidates who have

i) Experience in editing Journals/Periodicals of Government organisations

ii) Experience in Public Relation/Media Publicity related works

iii) Knowledge of Publication/ Page Making Software

iv) Apart from good command on English language, should have computer skills to undertake editing on e-Journals/ On-line Journals

v) Should have worked in Publication House or Media Organisation in Editorial Role
