Eligibility Criteria for RBI Legal Consultant Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1. Legal Consultant-F - https://rbidocs.rba) Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years; and b) Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized At least ‘fifteen years’ experience as an Advocate in a High Court / the Supreme Court or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank/financial institution /statutory corporation or in the Legal Department of Central/State Government or an associate partner etc. in a reputed Consultancy firm providing legal advice
2. Legal Consultant - C/D - a) Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrollment as an Advocate with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years. b) Post Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized university + At least ‘Seven years’ experience as an Advocate in a High Court/the Supreme Court or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a large bank/financial institution/statutory corporation or in the Legal Department of Central/State Government or an associate partner etc. in a reputed Consultancy firm providing legal advices
Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between 30 to 40 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
